Myself my friend had Indian Cooking class on Wednesday December 10 with Nidhi and we absolutely loved it, Nidhi was Kind, sweet and very professional , we both were showed how to make a vegetable pakoras for the appetizer a along two different sauces, we also made stuffed vegetable bread called pratha and it was such fun learning to stuff them and roll them out before we cooked them, followed was a butter chicken, another hotter chicken curry and a beautiful jeera rice, We enjoyed very much getting our hands in their helping... read more

We had a great experience with Nidhi catering a dinner for our family and friends in our home. We worked with Nidhi to decide on an Indian menu which included appetizer, mains and deserts specifically for us. She came to the house fully prepared with all ingredients and equipment and cooked in our kitchen. We had a wonderful time talking to Nidhi as we learned about the ingredients and food preparation. There was plenty for all and it was thoroughly enjoyed. We plan to do it again

My wife and I enjoyed a very pleasant evening with Nidhi cooking in our home. She taught us not only how to make our chosen meal, but how to adapt it in to other recipes too. It was thoroughly enjoyable and the food was amazing!

Nidhi cooked for a big event I organized for Dalhousie University. We had around 60 people in attendance and all of the food that Nidhi cooked was absolutely delicious! Nidhi was also able to do a live cooking demonstration and was able to teach everyone at the event how to make delicious butter chicken in a really fun, informative, and easy to understand way. Nidhi was a dream to work with and I would absolutely recommend taking one of her cooking classes as it's a wonderful experience!
