I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Dr. Merhi and his amazing team at Jericho Office. I have found Dr. Merhi in 2020 in which he helped me get pregnant for my 2nd child. I had an Ovarian PRP procedure done today with hopes to conceive naturally. I was so impressed with the clinical staff, Dr. Marco & his medical assistant Kesia L. I completed all diagnostic testing, genetic blood screenings, and the PRP in record time with a lot of care & empathy. I am so happy I chose RFC. Not to mention, I am working closely with Dr. Browne virtually to monitor my cycles and she is so sweet! Also, Dr. Browne gave me a reasoning for my infertility, which no doctor could discover in my 2+ year journey.
Sadly, I had a really bad experience at this facility. From the beginning there were a number of red flags and it was my mistake for not taking them more seriously. First, I called for a PRP ovarian rejuvenation consultation where the front desk sent me paperwork to complete. The paperwork emailed to me had the personal information including the social security number of a different patient. The worst place to go very stressful in many way from making appointments to billinging departments , dr merhi very friendly when you go first for consultation and he promise you the world after that if you need to ask a question they want you to booked and pay for separate while you in middle off the treatment this the worst place to go you not going to achieve anything don’t waste your time and money very disappointed 👎👎👎👎
