Joe from here is dishonest and unethical. Sells damaged parts and refuses to take accountability for it. I work in the automotive industry and it’s a real shame to be on the receiving end of this kind of behaviour. Can’t say anything about the other staff, but do not deal with Joe.
I noticed my oil was black and needing an oil filter change right before I left home for a road trip. I pulled in on a whim and they fit me in with no appointment. Thank you Mahmoud and the team at Merhi Motors.
