I have been working with Steph (integrative naturopath) and Sarah (nutritionist) since early 2021. I originally went to Merge Health for painful periods and IBS/SIBO symptoms, but over time have also subsequently worked on stress and trauma, liver and detox support, and resonant infections in the body. Probably one of the worst business I have dealt with. Very poor communication. Randomly would change appointments. Forces you to see a “health coach” and pay $100s before you can even see your Dr. I’m thankfully my Dr has moved to another clinic as it was a nightmare dealing with this company. Avoid
Not a user of the service. I just wanted to provide feedback that your website is very frustrating. It is impossible to find your location on your own website. The chatbot isn't a true chatbot - it only ushers people to fill out an online form. The phone number is only visible if you click the call button. Location is paramount for people researching to find a new healthcare provider. Please make your location transparent so people don't waste their time looking at your service if you are not in their local area.
