The high level of disrespect shown directly from the office ladies in this practice is disgraceful and unacceptable. The doctors are beautiful - but Maria and the other girls who sits at the computers at the front desk really should re-think their choice of work. I have never seen such disgusting disrespect until I started going here. Absolutely horrid.
Worst reception staff ever. No matter what time of day you attend, they never stop gossiping. You hear everything they say. This is the nurse/s, the older woman from her little office and the receptionists, who all sit in the reception area (the social hub) talking about personal lives and eating. Good luck trying to get a new patient appointment ever. Had plenty of availability on HotDoc but was advised to call the practice to book. Phoned the practice only to be told I couldn’t see a doctor because there was no nurse availability: their new patient appointments involve a 30 minute consultation with the nurse and 15 minutes with the doctor. If that is how new patient appointments work, why not have more nurses on staff and how does the Medicare billing for that even work? You couldn’t possibly be billing a level C co... read more

I went there for my visa medical examination. Was treated so well by the staff and the doctor was also awesome. I travelled all the way from Sydney but they didn’t disappoint me thanks again
