Good luck trying to get a new patient appointment ever. Had plenty of availability on HotDoc but was advised to call the practice to book. Phoned the practice only to be told I couldn’t see a doctor because there was no nurse availability: their new patient appointments involve a 30 minute consultation with the nurse and 15 minutes with the doctor. If that is how new patient appointments work, why not have more nurses on staff and how does the Medicare billing for that even work? You couldn’t possibly be billing a level C co... read more

The office ladies in this practice are absolutely horrid. The doctors are beautiful - but the ladies that sit at their computers at the front desk really should re-think their choice of work, because i have never seen such disgusting disrespect until I started going here.

I went there for my visa medical examination. Was treated so well by the staff and the doctor was also awesome. I travelled all the way from Sydney but they didn’t disappoint me thanks again

Dr Luke Dan at this practice is a very knowledgeable, compassionate, helpful and thorough Doctor. He has been nothing but supportive while treating many members of my family and does everything he can to make sure you feel empowered with your health . You really know you are in safe hands. The admin and reception staff at this practice are also kind, caring and very helpful. Thank you!
