What a kind, professional and thorough GP Dr Javed is! Newcastle is lucky she moved here. Our family has been lucky to have wonderful GPs from this clinic since our three boys were babies (so over 14 years), although it was sad when our two previous main doctors retired. But I took our boys in for general check ups today and to get updated asthma actions plans and was so happy to meet Dr Javed. Even the boys said afterwards how nice she was. I’d definitely recommend Dr Javed.
I had a bad experience here and want it to be known as the other reviews do not reflect this. I had an appointment with Dr Minhaj Shahid to get my contraceptive implant (rod) removed. He was quite rude and did not make me feel confident about the success of the procedure. He directed me to lay down on a dirty pillow (with visible black hairs), and I had to remind him of basic hygiene protocols, like using clean paper towel to cover the bedding.
