Please note: I was contacted by the New owner of the practice and it was resolved over the phone. I’m pleased to know that they will be double checking payments before accusing. 😀🙏🏻 I’ve been a patient for many years and have never had any issues. I have been going to this practice since I was born (I’m in my mid 40s). Unfortunately though, I agree with the other reviews about the front desk and wait times. I was booked in for a 10.15 telehealth call on Friday to review MRI results for my shoulder as that was the earliest appointment for a telehealth review I could get (a week after getting it done). I changed my whole day with work as my shoulder was extremely sore and I knew it would be important and I’d need to see a specialist. However I never received a call. So ... read more
Agree with the other reviews about the front desk. I was booked in for a 10.15 telehealth call to review MRI results. Never received a call. I rang at 2.15 to be lied to, that the doctor had tried to call a few times. Never happened as I kept my phone free for the call and in 2025 iPhones record missed calls. Was then also told that the Dr would call and leave a voicemail if he could get me. Again, never happened.
