Just found out when my husband went for an scheduled appointment this morning that Dr Meredythe McNally had left without any notice to me. I looked at our email and scam. There was NO notice. He has prescriptions that need filled and labs she ordered. Called the number Steward gave me only to find out she hasn't started at the new facility yet. We am extremely disappointed!
So disappointed, never got to meet the Dr and test results were lost for 4 months. Lost confidence and trust canceled a long overdue procedure. If your looking to be UNcared for this is the place for you!
