I messaged twice after an unfortunate appt at this office and it has been over 2 weeks and have not received a response or apology from anyone in their office. She isn’t very gentle during the pap, feels like she is twisting the clamp around. It’s hard to find a gyno so I just tolerated the pain for two years.
