I've had 2 therapists here and both have been good, the office staff are all great as well.
The first therapist, Tara, was amazing and I wish I could rate her separately. Otherwise the Dr. and the other therapist I saw were both uncommunicative and unprofessional. When noticing there were factual inaccuracies in my report, the Dr. never followed up with me for corrections. My therapist would also reschedule appointments and then forget. 1 star only given because they did initially contacted me quickly to set up an appointment. But have needed to change therapists 3 times already and I haven't even started! Knowing my situation, they have not been helpful or accommodating. I definitely feel like they don't truly care about people. Just my opinion from my experience. I will be going elsewhere.
