During this whole Covid thing, many insurance companies, including mine, stopped charging copays for many services. Charges for one of my daughter's sessions was submitted to the insurance improperly and I was charged a copay. I was not aware of it until I received an email from Meredith asking for payment. I called and spoke to someone in the office (Julie I think) and they were surprised by the charge and said they didn't think my insurance had resumed charging copays yet. Friendly staff here that are very accommodating. They were able to schedule my first appointment within a week of me calling and helped me find the perfect therapist to see. They have a diverse range of therapists with a wide variety of specialties so there is definitely a good match for anyone looking to better themselves. I recommend that anyone considering therapy comes here. Vary happy and very fortunate to have found such a great place.
The therapists and everyone are very outstanding and very caring and greet everyone with a smile and once they get to know your name they greet you by name. They are the best therapy office and staff that I've been to in Kalamazoo. Thank you guys for being the best I've had since being in Kalamazoo.
