Our youngest had to have tubes put in her ears. Out of our 4 children this is our first experience with tubes. We saw Dr. Lind and they did the tubes using lidocaine the same day. We were not overly impressed by her bedside manner. She was very matter of fact and didn’t seem very compassionate. She seemed annoyed by my questions, and I didn’t feel like she really explained everything the greatest. Dr. Lind removed our sons tonsils and adenoids and did a great job! He wasn’t breathing through his nose at all before surgery, last night he got a full nights sleep and I heard him breathing through his nose for the first time since he was 1! She has a great bedside manner and can tell she’s done extensive training and research in the pediatric ENT field. We can say thank you enough to Dr. Lind for her expertise and help with our son.
She seems quite competent and personable, but my complaint is that every single time we have been there (6+) we are made to wait an hour or more in the exam room with nothing for my child to do. Might not be her, but the office needs much better time management!
Very pleased with how the whole staff made my daughter feel at home and knowledge of what they were doing to her, made her feel safe😊Thank you to all who helped My daughter Marley!
Very bad bedside manner! Doesnt talk to them, talks around them and ignores them when they try to talk to her.
