I have thought I found the best primary care however over the last few years it is not the same. I have been trying to see Dr. McLaughlin, not her nurse practitioner’s. That’s who is always available because she is only in the office a few days out of the week. I am never able to get in the same day if needed. When I hear other people can get into their doctor's office easily and I am unable especially when I have concerns it’s disappointing. She's the best female doctor she actually listens to you her and her staff is great
I absolutely love Dr McLaughlin! I am very ill, and I always feel like she listens to me even when nobody else seems to. If I can't get an appointment with her, I have seen her associate Randy and he is excellent too! I hope I will be able to see them for as long as I live.
Horrible establishment... My doctor was Aruna but her beside manners was horrible... Long wait times and she discharged me like a hospital would... So i ended up switching to Meredith all though I heard good reviews... Unfortunately the lack of scheduling here is insane... Was told by an office staff yesterday they had none till October 28th! I love love LOVE her!!!! I have been a patient of Dr. McLaughlin‘s since I moved to Michigan in 2015! She is literally the best doctor I have ever had in my entire life! She is such a genuine, caring Doctor Who does everything in her power to help you resolve whatever Medical issues you are having ! She goes above and beyond!!! There is not one single negative thing I could ever say about her! If you live in the area and are looking for a new primary care physician, I highly recommend her!!
