If I could have given 0 stars I would their phone lines/customer service may be the worst in the medical field and that is saying something. Called 4 times and spent over 30 minutes on hold to be hung up on every single time with no call back.
I have been a patient of Meredith's for 5 years and she is wonderful: caring, attentive, quick to respond. I would highly recommend her.
I have to say this office is terrible. Not only was I "dropped" by a doctor because I didn't see them that often, they did it a second time around. I saw her in November and told her I was moving and she informed me that she would continue to prescribe my medication until I get a doctor in the area. When I called to get my refill, they informed me that I had not had a physical for 2 years and that they would not refill my meds. I am now left with absolutely no medication and can't get in to see a doc here for a while. What f... read more
