Very pleased with the Dr. And all staff Very pleasant personalities, knowledge of my conditions was very good and straightforward, also explained to me very well. I am just waiting for them to call me for a surgery date.
Dr Shaddix is a good surgeon and Dr. who I would recommend highly. The one downfall is that she only had one day per month that she sees patients in her office. So scheduling follow up visits means waiting longer than the 2 to 3 weeks she asks you to return in. It is also a difficulty if you have obligations on that date.
I went to Dr Shaddix after a hidascan of my gallbladder indicated it need to come out. She was amazing from the 1st visit. She outlined what would happen, dietary changes I may need to make ( I had already started them). She even made the disclaimer, the removal may not take care of my problem. At surgery, she appeared and was energetic and positive. I didn't see her after but my wife said came out told ber it went well and my gallbladder was "big and extended". I had umbilical hernia surgery with Dr.Shaddix, it went well. She is very warm and kind. Her staff was great with helping me get authorization with my Champ VA insurance. Thank you so much for your prompt and great service.
Dr. Shaddix, is absolutely phenomenal! I entered Ascension Sacred Heart’s emergency room with extreme pain. Testing soon identified my issue as a very disturbed gallbladder and almost immediately Dr. Shaddix was at my bedside explaining to me completely what had happened and what was going on inside my body. We discussed issues and a decision was made to remove the gallbladder.
