Our Dr. Lovaas autism home therapy program was implemented when I hired Prof. Doreen Fairbank's students, with Kathryn Miller-Dove at the head of my team. It would never have been possible without children in need of early intervention, parents networking with other parents/professional services for direction, President Weems giving Prof. Fairbank and the department in 1995, and so many others.
