I have NEVER written a bad review before, but if I could give zero stars I would - Awful, terrible experience. The lash lift procedure did not work, and to make matters worse, it burned my eyes. This is not the kind of service anyone deserves, especially if you're paying good money for it. Meredith was rude and dismissive, and when I requested a refund, as I was moving to Ireland the following day and she blocked me from contacting her.
