I attended Meredith’s, Menstrual Cycle workshop, with about 40 other moms and daughters. I was blown away by her ability to connect with each of us there. Her energy helped everyone feel comfortable and excited to learn. She made all the information easy to understand and did a great job being both professional and personable. I’m so glad I was able to attend. There were a lot of great takeaways from the class! Meredith is a great resource to our community!
