I wish I could give negative. Receptionists were so rude. I had to wait an hour and they asked me to come back after 2 hours, I told them I was working lately and I had only 2 hours for gp visit, they didn’t even listen and threatened me to remove my name from the list, so I had to back after 2 hours. After that incident, I changed my gp to another one, and they are so so good. I wish I had read the reviews before applying there.
Wish I had read the reviews before I signed up here, disgusting attitude from the reception team, bad mouthing one of the doctors in front of me, making me come in to reception for something that could have been dealt with over the phone, making me come back an hour later even though you saw me struggle walking. It you don't like your job go elsewhere such a toxic snotty environment. I'd make a complaint but they make it difficult to get in touch with the right people. I went there with an appointment they made me wait for 1.5 hour and at the end just said sorry that nurse can’t see my baby either i can come later or can book appointment on call next day.. they didn’t even had the courtesy of giving next appointment as it was their fault that they messed up and nurse refused my babies checkup because she had to have her lunch break….
I just wanted to say what an excellent nurse you have working at the practice in Rebecca Masih. She is not only very helpful but very informative, she explains things in a clear manner so you understand why he is trying to help you be in the best shape you can be. She builds a relationship with you which a lot of doctor surgeries have lost which is really nice.
Nurse Rebecca is the only good thing about the place
