We stopped by the Shops at C Street and Main in Julian on an absolutely perfect 75 degree summer day, and it was a wonderful experience. This charming collection of shops, including Marido Acres and Cowboy Rendezvous, offers a little bit of everything, with beautiful handcrafted items created by local artisans. We stopped here on a recent trip to Julian and fell in love with a piece. Their work is spectacular; wood carving is beautiful and the resin is a gorgeous replica of the beach. The board lives on my dining room table and I get constant compliments. It's a lovely reminder of a great trip. Well worth a visit.

Finely hand crafted cutting boards, charcuterie trays, and more. The owners are friendly, quite talented, and have a nice selection to choose from. Their various products make terrific gifts that are well received. The studio is located in Julian Station on California State Route 78, 3 miles west of Julian.
