I'm oddly confused about all the negative reviews. One of the best experiences I've ever had and has changed my entire outlook on life. I think about this place almost everyday since I've left, and I sincerely miss all of the staff. Every single one of them had a positive impact on me that I won't ever forget. I'm even headed back to school to get my bachelor's degree in a similar field, with the credit to my time spent here. I only ever heard positive things while I was there and a lot of people coming in from the outside t... read more

Would not recommend to anyone. Going to new place were i told them the story and they stated they had alot of patients that have came from there on happy. Diffently was not a good place. Admittedly, this review is from a family member, rather than the patient. Also admittedly, while our loved one did voluntarily seek help, their resolve to quit drinking was questionable. Medical professionals spend a few hours during their education learning about alcoholism and in practice they become more experienced. They do care. But over time they... read more

This facility I feel don’t care for the patients, I had a dear friend in treatment following the program doing great, and there was a miscommunication and he was discharged, he was NOT ready, this place is suppose to be there to help with addiction not send people home, to go back to their addiction. I will never refer this treatment program or Maddison as a councilor to anyone! Now I’m watching him go through addiction again with no help because he was discharged!!! DO BETTER PEOPLE! Why do you think we have so much addicti... read more
