Front desk was extremely rude. It's been bad enough dealing with my pain, I didn't feel like dealing with difficult people on top of it. I called to schedule an appointment, but after my experience with the front desk I decided to go somewhere else.

I was referred to Dr. Dodia for repeated ear infections. I have had at least 8 documented ear infections in the past year. To the point my ear literally closes shut. The nurses at this place are horrible. Very uncaring and dismissive. The dr herself was nice enough and I have been VERY patient with them in trying to figure out the issue but here I sit with yet another ear infection brewing and it goes from bad to worse in 24 hours. Saw Dr bell all I am say maybe it's wise to know what your patient is there for. Comments about an anxiety patient wanting to die early because they won't do something so uncalled for. Not knowing a patients medical history then telling them about their behavior is why their voice is so wonky that's what they dont realize tone and volume is too loud and sounds nasty and rude is just unprofessional as well uncalled for.
