Very rude front desk lady when I spoke with her on the phone on 5/29. She left me on hold for 20 minutes and when she took me off hold, very rudely asked me what I need. She then immediately sent me to a voicemail. Horrible service and no concern for the patient.
My pharmacy told me to contact my provider regarding a new script. I spent 30 minutes on hold with Mercy Urbandale today, I gave up after that and never did get to talk to anyone.
Today I’m wanting to inform whoever goes to Clinic to make sure that you know the type of services you will get treated for. I want to think Karina and Dr. Rabang for being the most loyal people within this practice. Other than that the management team, and Valrie or Val should be terminated. They assumed that I could’ve been a drug addict and didn’t want to refill my medicines. They assume that I walked in a pharmacy and picked up my own prescriptions.
