Absolute worst customer service. My monthly medication gets filled a week or more late every month; and the office number to call does not answer. This has been going on for almost an entire 12 months. Do NOT go to this clinic!
The receptionists ignore you unless you speak up, nobody is interested in talking to you to check you in. Impossible to get a ahold of on the phone. Physicians care, but the front desk is truly abysmal
Heard on the news they were closing and all patients were notified. Guess we aren't patients because no one notified us and no one is answering or returning calls. None of the other MercyOne clinics are giving any info about where our doctor is or where they are moving to.
