Avoid Mercy One Pleasant Hill! The physician I saw was great however the nurses (except one) are rude, uncooperative, and unwilling to help solve problems. In the past, I have had trouble with them returning phone calls, and several times I have had problems getting my prescription refills to the pharmacy in a timely manner.
