I am going to miss MercyOne staff & Dr. Agey. He has helped both my husband & myself many times over. He takes the time (even when he is super busy) to listen & to figure out what's going on. Since our insurance is being an ass, we have to change clinics & doctors.
Dr. Briggs is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. She is professional, kind, and THOROUGH every time. It would have been easy to say it’s just this, here’s some antibiotics or rest. But she’s willing to do the work and order testing to find EXACTLY what is wrong and be sure there’s nothing serious being missed. A lot of facilities have super rude front desk clerks but the receptionists and all staff here are nothing but kind, helpful, and professional. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Briggs at the Norwalk Mercy.
Dr.Agey is the best! Insightful, professional, and friendly!
I’ve been impressed here so far. I moved to the area a year ago. Dr. Briggs has been very thorough and good. Recently with an acute injury I saw Dr Agey and he was helpful and when things worsened the manager, Ally, worked to get me a referral quickly.
