I've been here a few times for myself and my kids, and I've noticed a pattern. The nurses that have helped me have all been unpleasant and sometimes downright rude. I've never seen a smile or even a hint that they care at all. They seem to not want to be there and their "bedside manner" is terrible. I know that work can get to you sometimes and it's not always easy to be friendly, but when you work in a Care field, it's kind of what you signed up for. They need to do some training on service and friendliness.
This place is an absolute joke. Only place open in this town and they all walk and drag their feet like everyone is on their time. Let alone the hour plus waiting in the lobby. Lo and be-hold if I haven't been waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes that a person comes in and she gets called to the next available room. This place really deserves 0 stars! There is nothing Urgent about this place at all. Sitting here waiting for my sick daughter to be seen for an hour and a half as I write this. Two people have walked out saying they will go be seen somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend coming to this place if it's Urgent.
Just as I suspected, absolutely no help what so ever. Not a real doctor. Do not bother wasting your time.
