Went to Mercy to get new CPAP and they sent order to Mercy Home Medical. Thought getting a replacement would be easy. No communication, I called 4 times before they stated I was not compliant and I explained that I have 2 CPAPs and they stated I need to bring them in. Showed up and waited forever, service is horrible and I would not recommend this place.

Lady's are so nice and helpful. They got my 4 year old her wheelchair the same day.

First waited weeks to fill my order so instead of being completely payed for(maximum outof pocket was reached). I now have to pay out of packet. Than informed machine potentially causing cancer. But they don't have replacement so told to keep using it.
