The website says they are open 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday. We had a prescription set there late on a Saturday since they claimed they were open 24 hours on the weekend. After arriving, they were clearly not open. Upon calling, their automated system said they are not open on the weekend at all! Now we have to wait until Monday to pick up our prescription. Had their site been correct, we could have sent it to a pharmacy that is actually open at all on the weekend.
I’ve always had a positive experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacists and staff are wonderful and willing to help. I can’t say the same about the MercyOne pharmacy on associates drive. This is the only pharmacy I would recommend in Dubuque.
The team at MFPW are great! They are very caring and want to do their best to take care of your needs as quickly as possible. They set the gold standard!
