Asked for a complete copy of medical records from all locations... got records from 1 location. This has happened twice! Either the people copying records cant read or this place doesn't care about actual HIPPA compliance. A facility cannot pick & choose what records they want to release.

What the hell happened to Mercy hospital? OMG, a month ago my disabled adult (63-YO) brother had a need for emergency-room treatment, that lead to a 5-day stay at Mercy. I grew up in DM, but live in Colorado now. I thought, "good, they took him to Mercy." We drove to DM to be with him, and for 4 days we observed how it must be to receive care in a 3rd-world hospital.
