Never answer the phone. Required to leave a message.
It’s impossible to get someone on the phone to just schedule appointments. No one ever answers the phone. They leave a voicemail and then I try to call back at different times through the day and I can’t get a single answer.
Truston Bodine doesn't know what he is doing! PLEASE find a better Oncology Doctor otherwise it'll cost you your life with his treatment he will treat you with.Please don't let him do it!
Every. single person here has treated me with compassion, kindness, and professionalism. They have gone out of their way to make sure I understand my treatments options, to provide me with information, and make sure my concerns are heard and addressed. Dr. T and Tammie, along with the rest of the staff, from those who answer the phones, to the imaging folks and everyone in between, have been angels in disguise to this very appreciative patient!
I will never be back. Front desk staff took 20 minutes to check me in. And Dr Kemp told me I needed to be on anti anxiety meds, instead of listening to me. She was unkind and made me feel helpless. I was told on the phone I was going to have almost an hour-long appointment where they ask extensive questions. Dr. Kemp saw me for 10 minutes and handed me a pamphlet about anxiety and depression. There's nothing "comfortable" about this place at all.
