Today was my first time going there and was immediately unhappy by the way the nurse checking me in talked to me. She asked my weight and after I told her my weight she said “wow you hide that well” I’m not sure what the intention of that comment was but commenting on someone’s weight in general is not appropriate at all. To already struggle with body image issues and to hear that kind of comment does not sit well with me.
Nice place. Clean. Professional. Smiling. Helping me if I need anything, bathroom is super clean. Every thing are fantastic and The service is amazing and thank you for the service.
After my initial appointment I was excited to move forward with my sleep issues. All staff are incredibly nice and personable, zero complaints there. I had read in a previous review that a patient was woken up by break room laughter, which I was as well. Many of the times I woke up throughout my study wasn't related to interruption but to it being dead quiet. Dr. Megan Eeling is my sleep doctor and she is tremendous. I previously had another provider who was not bad, but not exactly a good fit for me I guess. I tried different masks and finally gave up using the CPAP at all. Finally, I made an appointment with Dr. Eeling and she helped me get a good mask, although I may need to try another one, not sure yet. I'm not big on reviews but Cassie really helped me. By adjusting CPAP settings and other suggestions. The recording of events went from 5 to .5 . She is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. Thanks
