Absolutely the best staff that I had the opportunity to meet and work with. I was helped in so many ways emotionally and mentally. I don't know how to say thank you for everything that staff and especially the therapist that taught me how to adapt with all of hurdles. If you happen to need anything from assisted living program this is the best you could ever find.
Overall the care and staff were good. The night staff were not as good. The OT (Haley B.) And the PT(Katie) were amazing. Food was good, not always hot.
Everyone here is super great!
I cannot say enough good things about mercy one rehab in Clive. The staff are so caring and kind. They kept my positivity up and made the transition to go home so special. I hope anybody that is looking for a rehab rehabilitation will look here.
Outstanding job by everyone. Very positive experience. Very positive attitude by all. Great job!
