Horrible chief of operations. Would not recommend sending your family there or they will be discharged for well. Trinity health owns mercy and is awful on all level. This is the killer hospitals of Des Moines area =mercy
Not a better rehab facility in the state. Clean, modern large rooms. Able friendly staff and great food
This facility, its staff, shared knowledge and its supportive nature have really enabled my mother to take her life back and make it her own again. Words can’t express how grateful I am to you all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this gift.
The staff here asked every time if I needed anything so I didn't have to wait for ice or water. They were quick to answer the call button. PT and OT provided papers to take home so I could continue getting stronger. Good group of smiles that was encouraging to keep pressing on.
