I work for a memory care with two residents needing labs drawn. There were concerns on transitions from the bus to the building, and back, and they worked with us. They came out to the bus to draw labs and made it a great experience for our residents. I am truly grateful for them working with us and accommodating our dementia residents. Thank you.
Incredibly unprofessional. Hours posted claim they open at 6:30a but instead they show up whatever time they please and create a massive inconvenience for anyone who wanted a walk-in appointment at open.
Staff was not welcoming, felt very uncomfortable. Nurse who took my blood seemed very annoyed with her job. I informed her that I don't deal with needles very well and she proceeded to take my blood but failed at drawing my blood properly. She didn't try to get the needle in my vein and when she did get the needle in my vein she pulled it out and starting digging around in my arm for the vein. Very friendly, fast, efficient. The clinic offers valet at the front door. They also are great about getting results to doctors office promptly.
