We walked in, father has been in pain for a month. Greeted with kindness & escorted to emergency room and met with more kindness and compassion. Deb brought him warm blankets after escorting us to a room. Doctor was fantastic. She was thorough, ordered the scan we were hoping for. No results as we are still in the ER. While never a fun trip, we have been given excellent care and attention here in Cedar Falls.
Wow the healthcare system is such a scam and doctors of this era are just entirely worthless. 1300 bucks they charge me and didn't even take a blood sample or skin test when I came in with a clear infection that is now even worse. Wouldn't even actually even attempt to pretend to do their job. Hand me some pills and tell me its a fungal infection. The medication did nothing. And now I am stuck with this bill. You don't have wait long but I received only limited care
Staff was very nice they took good care of me
Was our favorite hospital until tonight when my partner had me take him in per Urgent Care's request. Will be speaking to a lawyer and reporting doctor Dennis Solomons to the board of health as he medically gaslight my partner citing labs ran back in October 4th NOT relevant to the situation. Yelled at my partner for going there, threatened to have me arrested for speaking up as my partner requested me to do as he was not listening to my partner nor letting my partner answer his questions he also snatched my partner's phone ... read more
