Great Doctor's & Staff
Dr. Headlock, Sue (his nurse), and all of the staff here are great! I can always count on top-notch care when I go there.
I established care with Dr. Kikuta at MercyOne in early 2024 for ongoing treatment. Despite a 10+ year history with this diagnosis and medication, the clinic mishandled a routine prior authorization for my medicine for over 3 months. 6+ PA requests were denied due to repeated incomplete or incorrect documentation by staff. I was never clearly informed of the documentation needed, and there was zero communication. I’ve never seen somebody completely bend a needle into somebody leg while giving a shot until I took my 5 year old son here. they goof ahh knew they messed up and was in such a rush to exit the room they failed to provide my son privacy and exited the room while my son pants were at his ankles .
First visit with Dr Hadlock went okay. It was afterwords, when we were trying to get something through insurance, that we had an issue. Zero communication. Anytime you call they send you to a triage nurse, no matter how clearly you ask them not to. The other Dr I saw completely ignored the reason for my visit and wanted to only talk about referring me to a specialist.
