Great respectable staff except for Vicky She comes into the room when the door is shut without knocking Which is so rude Like what if somebody is on the phone and a personal private phone call and you just walking in Without a nock She then gets in your personal space and made me feel very, very uncomfortable being so close to me I’m there once a week with my spouse I enjoy seeing the other staff, but it’s like when I see Vicky I’m like yuck She gives me very rude and dirty looks and I’m there supporting my spouse. Find a better Dr. that can manage his prescriptions appropriately. Ridiculous.
They helped me a lot, a place that listens and really cares about me doing better. I can't thank them enough!
Still sending me bills a year after I’ve been there, have sometimes tried to bill both me and my insurance for the full cost, doctor was almost always unresponsive to voicemails, billing seems to have no idea what they’re doing. Phone calls to patients were made in a very public way, so it was impossible not to hear about patients not getting the rx refills they needed. I only went here because it was the only nearby place that offered what I needed, and I have regretted it since, with just absolutely endless unexpected bill... read more
