Still sending me bills a year after I’ve been there, have sometimes tried to bill both me and my insurance for the full cost, doctor was almost always unresponsive to voicemails, billing seems to have no idea what they’re doing. Phone calls to patients were made in a very public way, so it was impossible not to hear about patients not getting the rx refills they needed. Make sure you peak behind the green curtain and see what and who you’re dealing with. $$ driven and thats about it. Can’t recommend on any level

This is the only treatment that has ever helped my treatment-resistant depression. The staff are caring and supportive. I'm incredibly grateful for the help I've received here

It's too bad that others have had bad experiences, because I've had nothing but a pleasant experience with Mercyland Psychiatry. Like most neurodivergent people, especially those who have managed their symptoms for years, I have also run out of meds. I'd wager that many reviews for prescribers stem from reviewers' mental wellness disrupted by a temporary interruption of the prescribed medication(s). Dr. Is making himself a boatload of money! I believe that is his only concern. I basically administered my own therapy for two years. I did my own BP checks and reporting, because they are always double booked. For over a year, I had to bring my own blood pressure monitor. I'm not complaining about that though.
