Front desk seems Rude and Uninterested. From working in an office for 14 years, in my experience, had someone “called in to confirm a fax”, 3 days before my husbands Dr.appt. I WOULD HAVE CHECKED, Rather than being told, “IT MIGHT BE BACK ON NP’s Desk”. I have had other issues with front desk, being told, “I Just TOLD YOU THAT” when I asked to clarify. Again, if my husband did not like Ashley Kramer, NP we’d be looking for a different facility.
When a receptionist there called to tell me they were no longer accepting my insurance, I asked if I could pay for a visit out of pocket. The receptionist was incredibly rude and told me, "No, that's considered insurance fraud." EVERY patient has the RIGHT to self pay. That is NOT insurance fraud! What a terrible thing to say to me. I hope that person has since been fired.
We've had nothing but good experiences. Dr. Rudolph clearly cares about her patients and is great about getting us in ASAP.
Rude staff! I was a patient with them from the time I was born till Jennifer Dinges left! When she left I was told I needed a new patient done even though I seen those doctors on multiple occasions. I took my kids but haven’t recently since they weren’t sick. I called today and they told me since she hasn’t been seen in so long she needs a new patient exam but they were booked out till the end of December. I wouldn’t waste my breath on this place honestly. Rude staff that work in the office and to hard to get into.
Only gripe is the front desk lady seemed unfocused. Everyone there was kind and helpful.
