Rude staff! I was a patient with them from the time I was born till Jennifer Dinges left! When she left I was told I needed a new patient done even though I seen those doctors on multiple occasions. I took my kids but haven’t recently since they weren’t sick. I called today and they told me since she hasn’t been seen in so long she needs a new patient exam but they were booked out till the end of December. I wouldn’t waste my breath on this place honestly. Rude staff that work in the office and to hard to get into.
Only gripe is the front desk lady seemed unfocused. Everyone there was kind and helpful.
Front desk people are caring and compassionate and show plenty of pure kindness as long as you are kind to them. You must remember to give respect in order to receive it back. They bust their butts and work so hard to service Winnebago and the surrounding area. I appreciate ALL the staff for everything they do. Thank you for being such great people to my family.
