Dr. Strutzenberg is great as well as the staff. I have always been treated with respect and have been able to voice my health concerns without judgement. This is the place!
I was treated with respect by everyone - they were all so helpful. special mention for my nurse practitioner (i think it was Brittany). I cant say enough good things about her and (without going into detail) she was absolutely amazing. Best experience I have had with any office by far.
Front desk seems Rude and Uninterested. From working in an office for 14 years, in my experience, had someone “called in to confirm a fax”, 3 days before my husbands Dr.appt. I WOULD HAVE CHECKED, Rather than being told, “IT MIGHT BE BACK ON NP’s Desk”. I have had other issues with front desk, being told, “I Just TOLD YOU THAT” when I asked to clarify. Again, if my husband did not like Ashley Kramer, NP we’d be looking for a different facility.
When a receptionist there called to tell me they were no longer accepting my insurance, I asked if I could pay for a visit out of pocket. The receptionist was incredibly rude and told me, "No, that's considered insurance fraud." EVERY patient has the RIGHT to self pay. That is NOT insurance fraud! What a terrible thing to say to me. I hope that person has since been fired.
