Went here with an extremely sore throat they tested me for covid and didn't give me a throat swab the covid test came back negative and they told me to take aspirin and sent me on my way the next day my throat was closed up and I could hardly breath I passed out from lack of oxygen and woke up in the ER in Madison my dad rushed me there after I lost consciousness while visiting him they told me I had severe strep throat and should have been put on antibiotics immediately this place is incredibly incompetent and uncaring do n... read more

Belinda Wellnitz, Mercy WINGS program manager is a racist and denies access to mental health care to people of color. She lied to the State of Wisconsin & on MyChart on a formal complaint to make the patient appear bad. She needs to get fired for discrimination. She slandered my chart saying I was smelling of booze when I don’t even drink. She retaliated because I reported her to the company’s ethics line.

Was the best clinic I went to in Janesville. Short wait times, good documentation, building had maybe the same quality as Hedberg. Problem was the urologist gave me two pills at once. I stopped taking both of them because of side effects, but I had no idea which to attribute the problems to. There was no chance for me to feel the increment of adding each pill to my regimen, and I imagine people who take dozens of treatments in their regimen have even less of a feel for what the medications are actually doing.
