Called to see if they did covid testing person that answered didn't have a clue waited on hold 2 diff people answered phone the last woman talked to was rude and unhelpful stated they dont prescribe paxlovid anymore I think they need to keep politics out of medicine and science I went to walgreens instead got test and a prescription for the medication so much for their compassion and caring as stated on their web site dobt waste your time or money there
I've been here on multiple occasions for UTI issues, they always get me in as quickly as they can. They even had me give a urine sample upon check in so I didn't have to wait so long for labs. Was quickly seen by a PA who I've seen before, he is both friendly and confident in patient care. Thank you to this urgent care, because everywhere else I go for urgent/emergency care in Beloit is terrible.
DO NOT GO HERE. This was the single worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere medical related. No professionalism shown. No urgency or need to provide care. Just arguments over nothing and acting entitled at every turn. Very insulting and rude over basically nothing.
