Got charged a $1200 bill for a sore throat visit as an IN-NETWORK patient. While this partially falls on the insurance company, Mercyhealth over-billed the visit and refuses to admit any wrong doing, as well as charges ludicrous rates for very run of the mill testing. Shameful "healthcare"
Always the fastest in and out. Wonderful staff. Only down fall is inconsistent hours. Call before you head over
I went to the urgent care very sick and congested and the doctor said you will get over it and charged couple hundred for test covid,ect. She should had prescribed some antibiotics. I went back a second time in worse condition ear aches in both ears,same thing you get over it another couple hundred. Don't waste your time there, I go to Crystal Lake urgent care with real doctors and diagnoisis.
