Staff was rude and doctor didnt even examine me. He gave me tons of wrong information and then when they called to give me my test results the lady on the phone was rude. I will NEVER go back to the place again!
I went to urgent care on the guidance of my primary Dr because she couldn’t see me. She said I may need antibiotics the cyst on my neck might be infected. The receptionist and nurse, Reese, were super nice. Reese led me to the exam room, before she was finished finding out all my info the Dr came down the hall. Maybe it’s just the luck of the draw as to who you get at this urgent care, but the “medical professionals” I’ve seen (on the very few occasions that I have been here) seem incredibly careless and incompetent. I will never waste my time going to this urgent care ever again.
Dr. K. Sreenivasarao is absolutely amazing! Whenever I need to come in for an urgent care visit, I am always hoping it is him because he always makes sure his patient feels heard, cared for, and sends them off feeling better with a plan of treatment. The world needs more Doctor's like this one because he always goes above and beyond in his care.
