Took my son here when his PCP office didn’t have openings, and I was super impressed. Easy to schedule an appointment online, walking in the front desk check in process was simple and friendly. Medical assistant or nurse was super nice, put my 9 year old at ease. The NP was great. Both her and the NP communicated clearly about what they were doing and what the plan was. I got absolutely great care for a lacerated finger. They were friendly, professional and thorough. Considering it was the Fourth of July, l was out of there in 90 minutes after receiving several medical procedures. I am so glad l chose to use MercyHealth Crystal Lake instead of a certain ER room in Lake County we used for years.
Easy to make an appointment. They ran my insurance before I arrived to make sure it was in network. Very short wait time, and my child received great care. Staff were great.
