Visiting from out of town. I got the news i was pregnant weeks before visiting and while being in this town i started bleeding a lot. To what it seemed like a miscarriage i told them i had a TOWEL under me because of all the blood coming out and they did nothing. They proceeded to leave me in the waiting room for FIVE hours and when i asked how many people ahead of me i was told they attend by urgency. Which is fine but i believe a woman bleeding for a second day is a priority or urgency. But guess not to them
I only went because I was in the area and didn’t want to drive an extra 15 minutes to a different ER (which I definitely should have.) I went and got some emergency testing done and was told I would get a phone call within 72 hours with results. It’s been over a month and I have called this ER about 2 weeks ago asking for my test results and then again today. Ridiculous!! was sitting in the waiting room for over 5 hours. And another 3 just to be seen.
