I only went because I was in the area and didn’t want to drive an extra 15 minutes to a different ER (which I definitely should have.) I went and got some emergency testing done and was told I would get a phone call within 72 hours with results. It’s been over a month and I have called this ER about 2 weeks ago asking for my test results and then again today. Ridiculous!! was sitting in the waiting room for over 5 hours. And another 3 just to be seen.
My dad recently was taken to the Emergency room and everyone was SO kind, went above and beyond. Although I could not go in to be with him due to COVID restrictions, I spoke with his nurse and she was the sweetest person. RN Amy, although unsure of the last name, is a saint! Answered all my questions to help take care of my dad, reassured us to call anytime, made him feel comfortable, and genuinely cares about her work. Thank You! I hope everyone appreciates how wonderful you are.
