The worst employees to answer the phone. After calling 15 times and leaving messages. I had to drive 20 minutes to schedule appointments in person and they said work only from home that explains it(not Responsible). Card says work till 5 o’clock and answering machine says till 4 o’clock. I swear one day I was 6 hours on the phone on and off for hours and didn’t answer. My husband called too. It’s impossible to get an appointment. They are not working from home because no way days and can’t answer phones.
