This emergency room is filled with rude and insensitive staff at the check in desk. They have made a very difficult situation even harder for no reason. If you are able to go anywhere else please do.
Sadly the worst hospital in the area. ER check in was extremely rude and unhelpful. The ER Dr Runde was rude when we asked to reexplain the plan with my mother. He belittled us when he said as I already stated the plan is this. Zero compassion. The er desk stated they need to keep the nursing staff happy but are not too worried about patients and family. Do not go here.
I took my sister into the ER and there was one lady waiting in there when we arrived. My sister is in a lot of pain. She can barely sit up or walk and is in tears and is vomiting from the pain. People arrived after us but got served first. We waited forever to get called into the side room to get asked questions. Then sent back out. I asked for a pillow for her because she is having issues sitting up. I was told no. So my sister unable to keep sitting is laying on the dirty floor of the waiting room and we were still waiting... read more
I went to an appointment and was sent here. What a bad idea. Been here 4 hrs and still waiting. The emergency room is not where you go for an emergency it's where you go to get worse
Personally I won’t ever go back to this specific emergency room. The emergency room nurse pulled up my records and the first thing she said to me was, “Wow you have a lot of health problems for a twenty year old.” First of all no I don’t and second of all I don’t understand how you can be a nurse and think that it’s acceptable to say something like that to a patient. Since when is it okay to judge people based off of their medical history?
