if you want actual medical care, this emergency room is not for you. It felt like everyone there got their degrees from a .com for $100. staff was dismissive of symptoms, had horrible bedside manner, kept forgetting things, and didn't have a clear methodology of treatment. i left the same way i came in and had to go to another e.r. much farther away. you're better off using chatgpt.
On February 10th, I went to the Mercyhealth ER with an Achilles tendon rupture. I met with a nurturing practitioner and asked her how to treat my injury. I decided her answer wouldn't help, so I went home without treatment. However, they charged me $1,041.76 for not even providing treatment. This bill is ridiculous. This is like a hospital using its position to take money from patients. I will never go to this hospital again.
My kiddos and I have been here a couple times. The staff is great reception is awesome, doctors are great and attentive but the one we have loved is Jeanette.. she is wonderful, caring, sweet and comforting . She's awesome
Felt rushed out and not listened to as soon as i mentioned having a women’s health issue they acted so cold and would not give me an ultrasound when I asked for one the Doctor told me “we don’t do that here for that” as if it’s not a hospital?? and it seemed like he thought it was funny when he could see I was getting mad. They kept asking me why I didn’t go to my doctor first even after I told them my doctor was the one who told me go.
