My husband and I have been to this emergency department twice now, and both experiences have been very positive. From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for. if you want actual medical care, this emergency room is not for you. It felt like everyone there got their degrees from a .com for $100. staff was dismissive of symptoms, had horrible bedside manner, kept forgetting things, and didn't have a clear methodology of treatment. i left the same way i came in and had to go to another e.r. much farther away. you're better off using chatgpt.
On February 10th, I went to the Mercyhealth ER with an Achilles tendon rupture. I met with a nurturing practitioner and asked her how to treat my injury. I decided her answer wouldn't help, so I went home without treatment. However, they charged me $1,041.76 for not even providing treatment. This bill is ridiculous. This is like a hospital using its position to take money from patients. I will never go to this hospital again.
My kiddos and I have been here a couple times. The staff is great reception is awesome, doctors are great and attentive but the one we have loved is Jeanette.. she is wonderful, caring, sweet and comforting . She's awesome
