I give two stars… One to Robbie (very nice and genuine) who did my X-rays and cat scan, and one to the doctor I had (I don’t remember his name, but he was honest and answered question). I am taking 3 stars away… One for each of the 3 nurses that I had (not going to blast their names), they were cold and had no bedside manners. It sucks that I am now going to pay attention to where I go for help, even if it is a bit further during an emergency.
All the doctors that have helped me multiple times over the last 6 months have been: Fantastic—Thank You Very Much for Helping Me!!!
This emergency room staff is horrible. The place was empty of patients when i arrived, i asked them why there was no patients, the girl told me shhh, don't jinx it. They did not take my health seriously, they did not take the rare disease I have seriously, which is scary to me, no emergency room or doctor has ever ignored the seriousness of what this disease does to a person, nor did they want to document the reason i ended up there. Worse ER I've ever been too. First time here, and the Doc automatically assumes im a drug addict. I never came here asking for pain meds. I came to see if my neuropathy spread to my hand or if it dislocated. I didnt get his name. He's a black doctor and he seems like he doesn't want to do his job. Idk if color has a part to play in this, but im a Cdl driver I can't take pain meds. Just so DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!
Wonderful staff! Very clean! They were very efficient. Always doing their best to make sure I was calm. Explaining each step. And very thorough
