Terrible customer! service nobody cares about anything but themselves
The doctors in this hospital are the absolute worst. I couldnt get one professional physician to give me straight answer on what turned out to be a potential gut disbyosis that I had to assume based on my on research as these doctors refused to provide any. Each doctor just passed me off to another like a hot potato to where I felt they just didn’t want to deal with my situation. I’ve never felt so unheard as a patient in my life. This rating is for the billing department, I called with my insurance information and received a bill saying uninsured and provided no codes for me to submit to my insurance for payment. I’d give 1/4 of a star if I could because now I have to spend my time straightening this out and was left on hold so long that office closed, which is 4:30.
