This rating is for the billing department, I called with my insurance information and received a bill saying uninsured and provided no codes for me to submit to my insurance for payment. I’d give 1/4 of a star if I could because now I have to spend my time straightening this out and was left on hold so long that office closed, which is 4:30.
Place is a joke. Our nurse was very unprofessional
I was at your facility this past Friday evening. The doctor and nurse were great, the girl at the front desk however was paying no attention. She had earbuds in both of her ears and was looking down at her phone as me and my family just stood there. It wasn’t until the other girl that was working with her stopped what she was doing on the computer and got her attention that we were taken care of.
