Had the pleasure of having my colonoscopy at Mercy and it was an overall smooth and pleasant experience. Super friendly staff, instant check in and admittance. Very thorough nurses and doctors. Couldn't recommend this hospital enough. 5 ✨

I had chemical burns to my eyes and went into the ER. All of the staff were very kind and gentle with me. According to the optometrist they did everything right, which I was informed that a lot of times ER’s don’t do the greatest with eyes. Thank you all for being so helpful in my time of pain.
My daughter had X-rays done here the other day and the technician was very rude and unkind she had the worst attitude and was extremely rough with her and had no empathy at all seemed to be extremely rude to the other co worker with her as well I believe her name was Cassie I’m never coming back here if she’s working
