The absolute DISRESPECT that my niece received at Harvard south clinic is disgusting. I used to work there and most of them are genuine and care about their patients. But trust me when i say i WILL be contacting management about my nieces experience there. I KNOW that if i was there it wouldn’t have gone down the way it did. GOD FORBID MY NIECE GETS DISRESPECTED AGAIN!
The clinic is fine. The answering service is totally useless.
Dr Verani is a awesome doctor and keeps me healthy when i feel sick.
