Showed up for my 12:15 appointment today and got told the doctor canceled all of her appointments. A courtesy call would’ve been nice. I just wasted time and gas. Nobody could reschedule me there.
I think they do a great job, I just got contacts and really appreciated the contact fitting class. The staff was knowledgeable and super helpful. Appointment wait time was very very long but that's to be expected during a pandemic. Satisfied.
I go here for all my eye appointments and they get me in and out and have new prescriptions ready within usually a week. They also have an affordable eye glass center for people who have to pay out of pocket because they accept a limited insurances.
My Apt was cancelled twice in same week, and everything I called was put on 10 plus minute holds.
